Mike Smith long term swimmer and coach at Hythe Aqua became an ironman for the first time in 2006 by completing the gruelling 2.5 mile swim, 125 mile Bike, 26 mile run, losing 6 stone in 15 months. Mike soon set himself another goal, not content with being an Ironman |
