Hythe Aqua recently took part in a Kent Water Polo tournament held at Folkestone Sports Centre. Hythe Water Polo Coaches were very proud of the way their players performed especially those who were playing competitively against other clubs for the first time.
 
Overall Hythe Aqua did very  well with the following results:

Age Group1999/2000:  Hythe  2nd overall
Age Group1997/1998:  2nd overall
Age Group1995/1996:  1st
Age Group Mens:   2nd on goal difference

Top goal scorers from the competition were Thomas Fox, Tom Burton and Simon Farrow who was also the Men’s player of the tournament voted for by all the teams. No mean feat considering he is only 15 against many more experienced and older players including a current GB and some ex junior GB players.
