Synchro girls on top
Two Hythe Aqua synchronised swimmers were invited to compete at the Potters Bar Recreational Figure Competition at Furzefield Leisure Centre.

Representing Hythe, Hannah Bacon and Natashah Wilson were entered into the section 2 of the competition competing against 13 swimmers from 6 other top clubs.

3 figures were drawn on the day, which included Neptunus, Kip and travelling double arm eggbeater.  Each figure is performed individually in front of a panel of judges and then scored accordingly. 

Natashah and Hannah both performed consistently on all 3 figures, with Natashah winning 1st place with a score of 57.256 closely followed by Hannah in 3rd place with a score of 56.525.

Natalie Goodson, Hythe Aqua’s head coach for synchronised swimming said “I was really pleased to see both girls on the podium, they both performed solidly throughout the competition, gaining good scores for each figure.”
