Hythe Aqua fielded a strong team for East Invicta Masters Championships this year. The event was held at kings School Recreation Centre, Canterbury and sponsored by the East Invicta Swimming Association. There was excellent competition throughout the championships with Hythe emerging as East Kent champion with a large points margin.

Masters swimming is a fast growing sport and encourages 18yrs + swimmers to return to competitive swimming training. All events are sorted in five year age bands and many swimmers continue competitive masters training well past retirement age. Hythe Aqua has a very strong Masters Squad that is coached by the Club’s Senior Squad Coach Tim Wiseman. Hythe Aqua Masters train at Hythe Pool at 9.00pm on Wednesdays and Friday evenings.
