CHRISTMAS TRAINING CAMP 2006

Sixty swimmers from Intermediates, Junior, Senior Squads and Junior Water Polo took part in the two day training camp at the Duke of York’s School Dover on the 28/29th December. A full programme of land and swimming training was delivered by the team of coaches. The top swimmers swam over 10,000 metres of hard training over the two days. Everyone participated fully and trained really hard to improve their skills and fitness.
