BOXING DAY DIP

Nineteen (yes 19) club members, plus members of the public braved the elements and took part in the Boxing Day swim this year.

Many spectators lined the promenade in their winter coats to watch the brave group take their annual dip. The event was started by the Club Secretary wearing coat, scarf and gloves and was over a few seconds later as the swimmers emerged back from the sea.
